What's Clyde - Clyde is an end-to-end product protection platform that is re-thinking the way retailers increase loyalty and drive revenue, and the way customers manage their purchases. We are tackling the $50B per year extended warranty market and becoming the de facto solution in the space by leveraging an intense focus on product, design, and customer experience. Clyde delivers product protection plans directly to consumers as they shop, owning the relationship from purchase to claim submission to resolution. We know that the relationship between retailers and their customers is far from over after checkout, so we’re building products to deliver value at every stage of this relationship.

As a Recruiting Manager, you will help build Clyde’s talent acquisition function by bringing proven hiring strategies and best practices to the organization while serving as the face of Clyde and delivering an excellent candidate experience. This role will report to Clyde's VP of People Operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and execute an effective sourcing strategy and effort that ultimately leads to a robust candidate pipeline and more diversity of thought and talent at Clyde
  • Identify talent gaps and anticipate staffing needs, and diligently work to fill those gaps
  • Strengthen Clyde’s full-cycle recruitment process, overall candidate experience, and monitor and understand recruiting performance via surveys, interviews, etc.
    • Partner with hiring managers in both a support and an advisory capacity
    • Create compelling job descriptions as well as a robust interview process
    • Provide insights into how we improve the recruiting process using data
  • Help oversee Clyde’s applicant tracking system (e.g. Workable) and strengthen our branding across different recruitment platforms
  • Support new hire onboarding
  • Manage relationships with select recruitment firms, constantly evaluating performance and cost

What We Look For

  • 3 to 5 years of recruiting experience either in-house or at a recruitment agency
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and closing
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • An exceptional representative of Clyde: professional, passionate, empathetic, and knowledgeable
  • Driven and ready for a challenge
  • Solutions-oriented and able to problem solve in a high-pressure environment
  • Nice to haves: experience recruiting at an early-stage company, experience recruiting at an enterprise SaaS company
