About the role
We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to optimize our talent acquisition processes, workflows, onboarding, key projects and drive operational excellence across the enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Drive operational excellence and global alignment across Talent Acquisition (TA) processes & systems to align with Rokt's business priorities
- Build and own the TA analytics needs and maintain a TA tracker to help the team and the broader executives understand how they track against hiring goals.
- Devise and execute strategy for tracking hiring effectiveness across the company.
- Support the execution and reporting of TA technology projects, such as system implementations and vendor selection and management
- Ensure effective documentation and communication of all Talent Acquisition processes and workflows
- Ensure the operational and administrative processes, procedures and documents are updated and in line with Rokt policies
- Identify risks, evaluate options, recommend approaches and mitigations to realize full potential of ATS
- Manage vendor relationships for TA purchased products including but not limited to our ATS, CRM, assessment platforms, and job posting vendors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a relevant field); education in Human Resource Management will be a plus
- Demonstrable experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Project Management and/or Talent Programs roles
- High level of proficiency with Google Suite (docs/spreadsheets/slides)
- An experience with an ATS/HCM is a strong plus (we use Workday and Workable)
- Ability to create and optimize process documents and deeply knowledgeable about data visualization (tools experience may include LucidCharts, Tableau and /or others)
- Ability to handle data and requests with confidence
- Experience with OKR (Objectives and Key Results) frameworks a plus
