The Talent Acquisition Operations Manager is part of a global team responsible for the full life-cycle of talent acquisition activities and will work closely with our leadership team to support the continuous branding and hiring strategy of the organization. The team uses innovative means to sustain and scale a global organization, with an emphasis on protecting cultural integrity for the future. This global team is responsible for managing and supporting the entire talent acquisition process for all departments and markets.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

 Develop and implement recruitment partnership strategy with the TA Operations Director:

  • Develop relationships with third party/external recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage their progress for best value, successful placements, and conversions
  • Evaluate and optimize job posting board and platform partnerships, identify alternative options and determine best path forward to draw high quality and diverse candidate pool and satisfy hiring goals in key departments and regions
  • Partner with Marketing and key Department Managers to create and track digital ad based targeted recruitment campaigns, identify innovative recruitment events and new event partnerships that would yield high quality candidates with target skills and build positive brand association
  • Understand employee referral hiring success to-date, update employee referral program, communicate new plan across company

Manage and execute projects with leadership on key initiatives and those relative to Global Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of Global Talent Acquisition organization’s tools, processes, and collaborations with internal organizations
  • Manage, leverage, and challenge existing recruiting strategies, methods, and systems to generate a creative, operationally and strategically aligned approach to workforce planning, to find, evaluate and hire the best talent
  • Identify and implement recruiting "best practices" and workflows across the company to help streamline and standardize our processes. Manage system integrations, change management and process improvement implementations
  • Oversee Greenhouse (Applicant Tracking System) operations, reporting, efficiencies and access

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • 7+ years of experience in a dynamic fast-paced environment
  • College or university degree, Masters or advanced degree preferred
  • Strong knowledge of current trends, innovations and best practices within talent acquisition
  • Organized creative strategic thinker with a process oriented approach to recruitment, candidate management and onboarding
  • Creative problem solver, self-starter, positive attitude, energetic with a sense of humor
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
  • Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
  • Proven ability to build partnerships across all levels of an organization with face to face and remote leadership
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and consultative skills with ability to organize complex information and convey it in clear and succinct way
  • Passionate about using data to drive smart business decisions
  • An impulsive instinct to help others, go above and beyond, and think ahead
