About the Role
iCapital is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner (Associate) to join our rapidly growing Human Resources team. This role will play a critical role to ensure we hire the best possible talent across iCapital Network, Inc.’s expanding global locations and will be responsible for delivering on all facets of talent acquisition success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the development of talent acquisition plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources, as well as developing new and creative recruiting ideas. We are looking for someone that will seek to deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience and will be a trusted partner to our stakeholders. You can expect to recruit for technical and non-technical roles at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Oversee talent acquisition logistics, including developing recruiting plans with stakeholders, sourcing and interviewing, interview scheduling, making offer decisions.
- Develop and track measurable facets of the recruiting and hiring process so that the processes are transparent and measurable.
- Manage local headcount and unbudgeted requests/processes throughout the year.
- Contribute to a talent acquisition strategy that cost effectively generates a strong candidate pipeline with creative postings, industry networking and sourcing, and partnering with professional organizations and other appropriate venues to generate a robust talent pipeline.
- Provide input on the development and deployment of a compelling employment brand through multiple channels, including the strategic use of digital marketing and social media.
- Evaluate, select, and manage recruitment and/or consulting agencies and ensure compliance with negotiated agreements.
- Facilitate or attend sourcing “meet ups”, hackathons, industry organizations, etc.
- Stay current and informed on industry trends and best practices, including new and innovative talent acquisition strategies, systems, and technologies; make recommendations and drive continuous improvement in global talent acquisition practices.
- Coordinate immigration matters with immigration counsel and HR.
- Partner with members of the HR team to ensure all new hires go through a top-class onboarding experience.
- Prepare weekly reports for leadership to present metrics of recruiting data and hiring activity.
- Assist with ongoing projects that support the overall mission of the HR team (i.e. diversity, candidate experience, employee engagement, etc.)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or another business-related field
- At least 4+ years of global talent acquisition experience in a corporate or agency setting
- Strong knowledge of regulatory hiring practices in the US (knowledge of other countries a plus)
- Deep connections with talent across the Technology, Finance, and/or Fintech spaces
- Demonstrated experience executing on multi-country strategies
- Have experience with end-to-end management of employee data and ensuring data integrity across HR systems and manual spreadsheets; fully versed in GDPR and other local and regional data privacy requirements
- Knowledgeable in building talent acquisition infrastructure within a hyper-growth organization to support scale
- Advanced knowledge with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse experience a plus), Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
