What You Will Do:

  • Serve as a consultative partner to hiring managers at the corporate and retail level to understand hiring needs, create job descriptions, and promote opportunities
  • Responsible for training hiring managers on using ATS to manage candidate pipelines, send offer letters, and provide updates regarding new hire onboarding
  • Collaborate with other members of the HR team to drive process improvements related to new hire onboarding
  • Monitor the internal job board, and ensure hiring managers are following the company’s policies regarding internal transfers, promotions, etc.
  • Source corporate level candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
  • Coordinate with finance, department leaders, and HR to ensure jobs are approved for posting, recruiting, and secure approvals before extending
  • Serve as an ambassador of William Hill at job fairs, workshops, etc. to increase EVP and attract top talent
  • Other duties as assigned 

What You Will Need:

  • 3+ years of talent acquisition/recruiting experience, corporate and high-volume recruiting experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient use with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Understanding of full cycle recruiting process
  • Exposure to recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Ability to multi- task, and prioritize tasks as it relates to recruiting
  • Successfully pass a drug screen, background check, and obtain a gaming license

Essential Functions/Exposures:                                       

  • Must be able to sit, type, and talk on the phone for extended periods                                     
  • Regular attendance in the office
