Talent Acquisition Partner
At OnDeck, we make small business a big deal. We’re improving the world’s economic landscape by changing the way small businesses access capital. We care intensely about each other, our company and the customers we serve, and are committed to making every day count.
We are OnDeck’s People Operations team. We think big and empower ONDK for the future. We understand our business. We seek all point of views. We build high-quality partnerships. We ask the right questions to push our partners to think critically about the business.
As the Talent Acquisition Partner, your role reports into the Senior Manager of Talent Partnerships. - Manage full life-cycle recruitment processes, including candidate attraction, sourcing, pipeline development, screening, delivering offers, and follow-through to onboarding.
- Ensure world class stakeholder experiences, including candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, senior leaders, and your colleagues on the People Ops team.
- Drive creative sourcing techniques (direct, referrals, user groups, innovative niche tools) to help deepen both passive and active candidate pools.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and senior management to manage workforce planning, prioritization for key roles, and customizing search processes when relevant to executing the business agenda in a 'managed growth' environment.
- Commit to the Talent Partner team goals, expectations, and norms; this year, we're hyper focused on diverse and inclusive experiences, researching and trying innovating recruiting technologies, and relentlessly iterating on our internal processes and structure.
