About the role 

The Talent Acquisition, Programs Manager will be responsible for implementing, managing, and fostering programs to source and participate in recruiting events and community partnerships.

The ideal candidate will be a creative, collaborative, results-oriented leader who is particularly adept at balancing multiple priorities and issues and being decisive. A true hands-on approach to create hiring processes and talent pipelines at a rapid pace where lack of infrastructure currently exists as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of new hires to ensure a high level of employee engagement and positive on-boarding experience. Experience with meeting tight deadlines in a complex changing work environment while managing a high-volume workload is a must. This role requires someone to be dedicated to developing a strong, diverse, and collaborative organization, have a strong work ethic, a passion for managing the details within a growing business and willing to contribute where necessary including the ability to "roll up your sleeves.”

What you’ll do

  • Responsible and accountable for creating, implementing and leading initiatives that enhance and support FanDuel’s talent acquisition strategies and needs.
  • Partner and collaborate with hiring managers and executive leadership to understand their group’s short- and longer-term objectives, team dynamics and staffing needs.
  • Responsible for the overall college recruiting effort including, developing relationships with colleges, universities, technical schools and alumni services.
  • Coordinate and participate in on-campus events, candidate follow-up and coordinate the selection and interview process for potential college hires.
  • Drive consistency of programs across multiple locations through the building of program guidelines and trainings.
  • Responsible for project managing, planning and executing programs from start to finish while leveraging appropriate change management processes and analytics to ensure programs are rolled out to the business in a timely, well-coordinated manner. 

Who we’re looking for

  • BS. degree in HR, business administration, or related field At least 5 years in a dedicated HR, Recruiting role with at least 3 years of progressively increased responsibilities.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results without delegation to a team
  • Ability to create, analyze, report and manipulate data as it relates to HR metrics.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills (eg. spreadsheet software, PowerPoint/slides) as well as experience with an HRIS system and recruiting software
  • Must be able to provide creative solutions to complex problems
  • A highly collaborative individual to serve as a trusted advisor and coach to the business in a high-paced environment.
  • Proven experience working with confidential or sensitive information
  • Excellent verbal, written, communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent organization skills, interpersonal skills and ability to work on a number of projects with tight timeline
