How does this Position help VTS Succeed?
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our fast growing team. You’ll work closely with the Talent Acquisition Managers on our team to help source both active and passive candidates for our positions, while helping to fill our most critical roles across the company. An ideal candidate is someone who is an expert sourcer, using creative methods to recruit talent into VTS! You should have at least 2 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, either in house or at an agency and are excited to translate what you’ve learned into being a master sourcer for VTS!
What Makes This Job Awesome?
- Help maintain the pipeline of candidates by actively sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment software
- Work together with the Talent Acquisition Managers and hiring managers to define candidate personas
- Source, engage and nurture passive talent through multiple tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Searches and alternative search techniques to identify qualified candidates
- Build and maintain a network of engaged talent across functions
- Maintain and help build out candidate profiles in Lever, our robust Applicant Tracking System
- Build and maintain a network/pipeline of potential candidates through pro-active market research and insights
- Organize and attend industry and recruiting events
- Brainstorm new creative ways of attracting and engaging diverse talent
- Partner with the recruiters on branding, diversity, and inclusion initiatives
- Participate in recruiting team meetings and People team meetings
What Makes You A Great Fit?
- 2+ years of experience working as a sourcer or recruiter either in-house or at an agency
- Extensive experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools and methodologies
- Experience networking, sourcing, and hiring diverse talent
- Ability to write creatively to draw candidates in and get them excited about speaking with our Talent Acquisition team about a position
- Strong knowledge of ATS systems, preferably Lever
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, interpersonal, teamwork and
- organizational skills
- Experience working with an applicant tracking system (Lever, Greenhouse etc.) is highly preferred
