The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will assist the Talent team with outbound sourcing across open vacancies at Botify including in departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This role will focus on generating interest and setting up interviews with passive candidates through the use of proactive outreach and LinkedIn Recruiter. The right individual will be self-motivated with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Your responsibilities:
- Gather position requirements, the ideal candidate profile, and other important information from Talent team members
- Conduct outbound sourcing on LinkedIn Recruiter to generate interest from passive candidates on the market
- Communicate with interested candidates over LinkedIn and Email; coordinate initial interview steps
- Strategize with Talent team members on where to look for candidates, market trends, and best practices for sourcing
- Assist the department with Talent Acquisition projects, process improvements, and administrative tasks
- Contribute towards Human Resources projects and events
Your qualifications:
- An interest in Talent Acquisition; prior experience a plus but not required
- An interest in the tech, software, and start-up space
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy individual with a capacity to quickly learn new technologies and technical products
