The Talent Acquisition Sourer will work closely with our recruiters, coordinators, and other team members as well as hiring managers to understand the requirements for each role, along with gaining an understanding of the overall hiring needs for Celonis.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Recruiting team and hiring managers to understand current as well as future hiring needs
- Provide direct sourcing support which includes engaging, assessing and activating talent for current and future searches
- Work in partnership with recruiters, coordinators and other team members to build scalable strategies around sourcing and attracting the best talent in a competitive market
- Implement innovative sourcing techniques to develop diverse pools of talent that reflect each area of the business across Celonis
- Engage and activate passive candidates through various sourcing techniques. Utilize our existing tools as well as be scrappy to creatively engage talent
- Recommend and drive improvements to enhance and scale our pipeline strategy
- Leverage competitive research and market intelligence to influence our future talent pipeline
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience in candidate sourcing
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated success in identifying, engaging and activating talent
- Knowledge of existing sourcing techniques, tools and methods
- Understanding of the data analytics and the importance of data integrity in Greenhouse
- Demonstrated organizational skills and personal methods of ensuring no candidate gets left behind or falls through the cracks
- Startup experience is plus
