We're in an incredibly exciting period of growth as we continue to scale internationally and are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who wants to be part of this journey.
What you'll do:

• Source for various roles
• Interview candidates and manage the full cycle of the hiring process, such as scheduling interviews, providing feedback, making an offer, etc.
• Work with Hiring Managers to align on role needs and pipeline
• Support onboarding processes for our new starters
• Maintain a high quality candidate experience
• Support the Talent Manager with roadmap planning and other strategic initiatives
• Be an active ambassador of Fidel and be present in hiring events

We want you, if you:

• Have 2+ years of experience in recruitment
• Are used to a fast paced environment startup
• Have strong communication skills
• Have willingness to learn more and have enthusiasm for the Talent world
• Are willing to be a voice of Talent at Fidel
