In this role, you will be the first contact the candidate has with Welocalize. All candidate outreach will present opportunities to forge long-term partnerships, thus building a network of language experts. Roles sourced will be linguists, QA testers, multilingual user interface reviewers, localization engineers, localization project managers, ad and web search relevance analysts, content moderators, technical writers, regional researchers, and subject matter experts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain paramount focus on providing excellent customer service to our internal clients (hiring managers) and points of contact (client accounts) by securing top-notch, quality talent for open positions.

• Uphold the Welocalize brand and 4 Pillars of Customer Service, Quality, Innovation, and Global Teamwork.

• Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools.

• Evaluate candidates’ strengths compared with job requirements by, for example, evaluating, screening, and interviewing the candidate.

• Negotiate salary, rates, and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements.

• Communicate with peers by sharing recruiting best practices and providing accurate, thorough documentation on candidates in applicant tracking systems or other documentation tools.

• Partner with relevant Business Units and HR teams on University recruiting/intern programs.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS

• Avid networker who enjoys building long-term relationships with candidates.

• Keen understanding of various languages and cultures with a passion for the localization field.

• Strong written and oral communication, as well as negotiating skills.

• Willingness to learn and advance in a fast-paced environment, along with the capability to use good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and deadlines.

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or equivalent combination of education and experience.
