Recruiting Coordinator
As a Recruiting Coordinator you’ll own the entire candidate experience -- as the face of IAS, you’ll coordinate each step of the interview process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth, professional, and high quality experience for all candidates. You are a driven, collaborative and positive person and your success in this role hinges on your keen ability to tap into your analytical and problem solving skills.
This is a great opportunity for someone who’s interested in learning the ins and outs of the recruiting process and how to build strong teams. Partnering with a wide range of teams here, you’ll make an impact across the company through the relationships you build both internally and externally.
What you'll do:
- Schedule interviews for candidates with hiring managers and others, distributing all necessary materials to candidates and hiring managers for the interview process
- Follow up on candidates and interviewer team responses and questions
- Email and phone communication updates with the candidate, members of the interviewing team, and recruiters
- Modify and update coordinated Interviews
- Send interviewers feedback to the Recruiter
- Assist onshore Recruiters with other tasks as needed
- Serve as an evangelist, presenting Integral Ad Science in a positive and professional way to the external community

- Attention to detail, and excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service
- Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage time efficiently
- 1-2 years of professional working experience in a similar role in a fast-paced, dynamic environment a plus
- Excellent judgment with the ability to work independently, coupled with strong verbal and written communication skills
