Audicus is a health-tech company based in New York City. We are changing the hearing aid industry with a leading telehealth solution that streamlines the hearing care experience from user testing to product delivery - both for consumers and providers. We're looking to add a Talent Associate to our team to support hiring across all facets of the organization (i.e. Sales, Business Development, Operations, Marketing and Customer Experience). You will partner with Hiring Managers to design and execute the best candidate experience, and ultimately hire the best people. 

This is a full-cycle recruiting role, so you get to do everything: understand your hiring team, define jobs and specs, do plenty of heads-down sourcing (and, admittedly, scheduling), run the assessment process, and own the offer and close.

This role will report to the Talent Manager.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers to define recruiting processes
  • Source, engage, and hire top talent across all business units
  • Manage a passive funnel, applicant funnel, and drive referrals
  • Build and execute interview plans
  • Prepare offers, create strategic closing plans, negotiate compensation packages, and ultimately sign top candidates
  • Understand the market and come up with creative ways to connect with the right talent
  • Support other Talent initiatives across team culture, organizational development, diversity initiatives, and more as needed

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • You have 1-2 years of successful recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
  • You’re a relationship builder and proactively engage with hiring managers and candidates
  • Self-organization, focus, multi-tasking, and software savviness are the basics
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, love driving process, and take ownership of the candidate journey end-to-end
  • Experience managing recruiting processes through an Applicant Tracking System
  • You are well-versed in utilizing recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn and AngelList and know how to be  creative when sourcing passive candidates
