The Role:
The Talent Associate will be a key point person ensuring an engaging candidate experience from start to finish. You’ll manage everything from coordinating complex interview schedules across our departments. You’ll also take the lead in updating and maintaining data in our applicant tracking system, and ensure a timely, effective communication and feedback between recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers. You’ll be a reliable support resource for our recruiting team, and will proactively help research, identify, and source candidates for top priority roles. As part of the People team, you’ll also work closely with your colleagues to support internal initiatives, including enhancing recruiting team operational efficiency.
