We’re hiring a Talent Coordinator and Sourcer to support our hiring efforts across all departments. In this role, the Talent Coordinator and Sourcer will work closely with the recruitment team to facilitate the hiring process, source new candidates, and ensure all candidates have an excellent experience. 

Responsibilities 

• Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the interview process
• Post positions to our website and job boards 
• Schedule interviews and coordinate directly with recruiters and interviewing team throughout the hiring process
• Create and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future job openings by actively sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms
• Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
• Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System, Greenhouse)
• Pull and organize reports to help give insight into hiring metrics to our recruiters, People team, hiring managers, and leadership
• Maintain our strong employer brand that gives BentoBox a competitive advantage among other companies seeking engineering talent 
• Update recruitment marketing channels to help showcase team culture, benefits, and company information (BuiltIn NYC, Glassdoor, AngelList, etc) 
• Support BentoBox in continuing to foster an inclusive, diverse workforce
• Uphold BentoBox’s core mission, vision, and values

Skills and Attributes

• 1+ year experience as a recruiting coordinator, sourcer, or similar HR position
• Previous startup experience preferred 
• Strong, pleasant written and verbal communication skills with acute attention to detail 
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience with Greenhouse (or a comparable ATS) and G-Suite 
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
• Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices
• Passionate about the restaurant industry (previous restaurant experience is a plus)
