Is This Role Right for Me?

Our Talent Coordinator will be essential in building out our team and adding to our culture. If you’re interested in the position, here are a few things you’ll get to do and the qualifications that will make you successful in this role.

As our Talent Coordinator, You’ll Get to...

  • Support recruiters with on-site and Google Hangout interview scheduling and communication
  • Schedule a high volume of complex interviews ranging from sales people to software engineers
  • Ensure an optimal experience for all candidates throughout the recruiting process
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on hiring needs and gain insight into strategy
  • Perform other recruiting related tasks such as creating job requisitions, sourcing talent through various methods
  • Provide general administrative assistance as needed

We’re Looking for People Who...

  • Are a strong team player who exemplifies an interest and ability in contributing to the recruiting team success
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Are detail-oriented with strong organization skills
  • Have the ability to problem solve and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in the workplaceHave experience with applicant tracking systems
  • Are proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Are proficient with Google Apps (Gmail, Calendar, and Drive)
