As our Talent Coordinator, You’ll Get to...
- Support recruiters with on-site and Google Hangout interview scheduling and communication
- Schedule a high volume of complex interviews ranging from sales people to software engineers
- Ensure an optimal experience for all candidates throughout the recruiting process
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on hiring needs and gain insight into strategy
- Perform other recruiting related tasks such as creating job requisitions, sourcing talent through various methods
- Provide general administrative assistance as needed

- Are a strong team player who exemplifies an interest and ability in contributing to the recruiting team success
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Are detail-oriented with strong organization skills
- Have the ability to problem solve and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
