The Role

As a key player on the People Team, the Recruiting Coordinator will support interview scheduling for candidates in both our NYC and Mountain View offices. You will be responsible for creating a high-quality interview experience for all candidates and hiring managers, and will manage candidate workflow through Greenhouse (our Applicant Tracking System) to ensure timely updates and data integrity. In addition to making sure our various hiring and employment processes conform to compliance guidelines and industry best practices, you will create and maintain reports to capture various hiring and employment metrics. You will be the point of contact for various recruiting and HR questions, and will effectively resolve or escalate them as appropriate.

You’ll sharpen your project management and communication skills, all while helping build a company that is shaping the future of K-12 education.

Why We’ll Love You

You have 6+ months of experience in human resources and/or recruiting, and have mastered Google Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems or HR Management Systems. An excellent written and verbal communicator, you handle confidential information with complete discretion and professionalism. You are a problem solver, with an eye towards continuous process improvements. Bonus points if you have knowledge of various employment laws and HR industry best practices.
