  • Assist with compiling and analyzing Talent Development metrics data for training attendance, survey feedback, and quarterly reporting. Leverage this data to help identify key improvements to our Talent Development programs and strategy.
  • Support company diversity & inclusion initiatives by maintaining and developing centralized resources and providing coordination & program management support for development of future trainings
  • Facilitate the evolution of the onboarding curriculum and resources to ensure they effectively introduce new Flatiron employees to our business and culture
  • Design, implement, and provide ongoing program management support for a strategy to evolve internal knowledge sharing sessions
  • Collaborate with team on the execution, analysis, and action plan for the annual engagement survey to identify data-driven initiatives for sustaining Flatiron’s culture
