The Role:

In this role, you will report to the Talent Development Lead, and partner to develop and embed holistic talent development programs and processes across the organization. This role will help embed leadership and functional curricula as well as leadership development programming for specific cohorts and the broad-based population. The Talent Development Associate will help establish and institute learning standards and fostering a learning culture that enables the DailyPay community to thrive.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Aid in the design and development of progressive leadership and functional curricula with a strong learner-centric focus 
  • Partner with team to facilitate workshops and programs to audiences at various levels within the organization
  • Operate with DEI at the forefront working to build an organization which fosters an inclusive, equitable culture of belonging, grounded in empathy and respect, which values openness to opinions, awareness of lived experiences, and fair treatment for all. 
  • Partner closely with People Operations colleagues to help identify and holistically address performance gaps and design effective interventions that accelerate success
  • Partner with Talent Development Lead to institute evaluation and impact metrics 
  • Support special projects as needed 
  • Partner closely with Talent Development Lead on updating and maintain training materials based including resource guides, workbooks, parking lot items, and eLearnings
  • Partner with team to monitor enrollment; track and manage attendance, material distribution and evaluation completion
  • Facilitate in-person and virtual ILTs (including pre-and post-session activities) to create a motivational, engaging and inspiring learning experience that promotes and supports application to work environment. 
  • Develop a thorough understanding of program content, materials and participant tools, and facilitate discussion to help develop awareness and insights to drive behavior change. 
  • Balance achieving learning objectives while surfacing the learning from participants to enhance the experience. Manage to timeline and control the pace of the learning engagement

What You Bring to The Team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field with 3-5 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, or other HR degree in related field ( such as Adult Education)
  • Proven ability to collaborate with team, business leaders and cross-functional partners
  • Ability to facilitate complex discussions, think on feet, summarize key points in a discussion, deal with ambiguity, draw out different perspectives, and have exceptional questioning skills to help learners gain new insights
  • Executive presence, professional maturity, and ability to maintain composure under stress
  • Ability to create connection with audience as a credible resource, and draw from business knowledge to help messages resonate
  • Experience delivering leadership development programs
  • Culturally sensitive to facilitate and teach in order to create an inclusive environment
  • Continuous learner staying current on trends and approaches
  • Strong verbal communication, public speaking, facilitation and presentation skills among multi-level audiences, conveying ideas clearly and succinctly and highlighting key takeaways
  • Experience leading both in-person and virtual training (using platforms such as Zoom)
  • Creative and strategic thinker with strong bias towards action and problem solving
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Occasional need to work outside of normal business hours as required to support customers may be required
