We’re looking for a Talent Intelligence Analyst to join our People team!
What you’ll do:
Use your curiosity and a research mindset to bring market intelligence and actionable insights to our global recruiting strategy
Successfully partner with recruiting and business leadership to understand high priority challenges facing Snap’s talent acquisition processes
Scope and conduct research projects which improve available internal and external talent data in order to highlight recommendations and inform decision making
Translate research findings into compelling, easy to understand, and actionable outputs for consumption by partners across Snap functions
Partner with cross functional analytics, operations, and strategy teams on recruiting workstreams, metrics development, and other ad hoc initiatives
Advocate for continuous improvement in data collection and storage methodologies
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Curiosity - your natural response to problems is to dig deep to uncover information and formulate an understanding and perspective
Analytical - you have an ability to break ideas down logically into their constituent components
Ability to manage ambiguity - you thrive in a fast paced setting involving incomplete data sets and the freedom to build as you go
Clear communicator - you’re an excellent communicator of complex ideas through written and verbal communication methods
Minimum Qualifications:
BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
5+ years professional experience
2+ years of experience using Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slides or similar software
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience as strategy consultant, business analyst, executive search researcher, or another role requiring client management, persuasion, and influence through use of data
Knowledge of SQL and Tableau
Experience scoping and managing projects with ambiguous initial asks
Ability to communicate to a variety of audiences
Exposure to talent data (BLS, ACS, US Census) or experience working in, or with, a recruiting organization
