Talent Intelligence Manager

We’re looking for a Talent Intelligence Manager to join our People Team!
What you’ll do:
Help shape the charter for a newly created Talent Intelligence team to help amplify our recruiting efforts so we can recruit even better, faster and more targeted
Work closely with our global team of recruiters and sourcers in a fast-paced recruiting organization
Lead special research projects/recruiting initiatives
Contribute to a global marketplace mapping strategy and direction; conduct primary and secondary research
Partner with Recruiters and Sourcers to help build effective passive candidate sourcing strategies
Use a variety of research tools to drive research across multiple industries
Develop, implement, and teach a long-term engagement strategy to cultivate highly passive candidates
Partner with Recruiters to build effective passive candidate sourcing strategies
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Experience managing and prioritizing multiple strategic searches, projects, and client relationships
Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives and pipelines
Linkedin Recruiter, Linkedin Talent Insights and Google Suite proficiency
Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments with minimal direction
Ability to deliver results in a fast paced environment
A passion for people and desire to consistently be a positive influence on the community
A passion for Snap Inc. and creativity!
Minimum Qualifications:
BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
5+ years of sourcing experience focused on supporting the business and/or corporate teams
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with robust project management
5+ years of experience consulting and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
5+ years experience working with recruiting and people-related tools, CRM systems, and complex spreadsheets
5+ years of experience gathering insights across multiple functional groups including product, engineering and G&A
5+ years experience partnering with geographically dispersed teams
