We're looking for a Talent Sourcer to be a founding member of our global sourcing function! Yotpo’s Talent Acquisition team is the growth engine, enabling our teams to hire world-class talent as we scale through hyper growth.

As a Yotpo Talent Sourcer, you’ll be empowered to build and own your top-of-funnel strategy, including engaging talent and owning the process through the initial hiring manager stages. You’ll support and build new recruiting programs and make strategic investments to build a world-class recruiting practice.

You will:

  • Implement comprehensive sourcing strategies, analyzing requirements to determine target candidate profile needs for key requisitions.
  • Partner with TA team and recruiting leaders to help develop an overall sourcing strategy.
  • Strategize creative ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, talent mapping, events, and sourcing campaigns.
  • Find and engage passive candidates through the use of various search techniques, such as Linkedin, social network, Slack groups, meetups, and many more.
  • Conduct effective, data-driven sourcing processes while utilizing relevant metrics to support smart decision making. 
  • Implement tactics, strategies, and programs that promote sourcing and attracting diverse talent and best practices in the DE&I space.
  • Partner with Employer Branding to further Yotpo’s reputation as a world-class workplace.
  • Research markets, companies, teams and role types to help drive a consistent pipeline of candidates who are qualified for currently available and upcoming roles. Build and maintain long-term relationships with top talent in the industry.

About you:

  • 2+ years experience in a Talent Sourcer role (or similar)  in tech / start up environment.
  • Experience working with and building sourcing strategies with Recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Experience engaging and activating passive candidates.
  • Proven experience sourcing for go-to-market teams including Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have a valid U.S. work authorization to apply.

Bonus points for: 

  • Experience fast growing tech start up / B2B SaaS / e-commerce.
  • Experience working with go-to-market teams
