Set up in Denmark in 2017, we currently have teams in Copenhagen, London and New York and are rapidly expanding into new markets. You’ll be working closely with our co-founder & Chief People Officer to further grow Worksome and make sure that we always have the best opportunities to scale our business with the best talent available.

As our new Talent Sourcer, you will contribute to Worksome’s growth journey by identifying and connecting with top talent from around the world, both technical and commercial. This role offers an opportunity to tell the story of Worksome, build relationships and organize talent pipelines, in close collaboration with your Recruitment partners and Hiring Managers. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover amazing talent in a variety of channels and we encourage you to be innovative and creative in the process!

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Source and direct outreach to prospective candidates
  • Understand departmental needs by working with the Recruitment team and company leaders
  • Work with a variety of platforms such as LinkedIn and Stack Overflow to identify and contact talent
  • Focus on Diversity and Inclusion when building pipelines to ensure a representation of talent market
  • Interview candidates and build relationships to understand their interests, motivations and skills
  • Take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous sourcing or recruitment experience
  • Strong familiarity with using LinkedIn Recruiter and other related prospecting tools
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
  • Passion for people and building relationships
  • Curious mindset and interested in uncovering new/unconventional ways to connect with talent
  • Savvy with social media and job boards
  • Excellent communicator and strong organizational skills
  • A few fun facts, cool hobbies, geeky side projects, own blog or passions is a big plus
