Talent Sourcer
Over the past few years the Talent Acquisition team has built a solid growth process to allow junior level sourcers and recruiters the ability to learn about each of our department functions and leadership to prep them for growth within the Talent Acquisition team. The Talent Sourcer role is the beginning of this evolution. The successful candidate will become a strong recruiter in a short amount of time. Responsibilities:
- Identify and execute candidate generation strategies across multiple departments, including engineering, product, sales, finance, marketing and client services
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, social networks, Boolean logic, X-Ray searches and other tricks you have up your sleeve
- Pre-screen and qualify candidates and present to recruiters for further consideration
You understand how to effectively source quality jobseekers, and you're passionate about bringing in the highest level of talent to pass to the recruiters or to build pipeline for future hires.
Qualifications:
- BA/ BS degree with 1+ years' experience in sourcing or recruiting experience
- Proven success with sourcing technologies (i.e. LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobvite, GitHub, Stackoverflow, AI Platforms, etc.) and diversity of sources (postings, meetups, referrals, etc.)
- Demonstrated success in sourcing, identifying and qualifying candidates at all levels
- Strong understanding of business functions across Engineering, Product, non-tech and be aware of the current hiring trends and technologies.
- You are a team player, self-motivated and can work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional ability to tell the company's story in a way that speaks to a job seeker's motivation, career goals, and interests.
- Excellent organizational skills and follow-through internally and externally in order to provide a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
