You are a passionate, dynamic and highly motivated Senior Technical Recruiter who will execute a talent acquisition strategy that will meet the needs of our fast-growing business. You will use a consultative approach to build relationships with IT and Software Engineering leaders, strategically source talent, and ensure a swift-moving process throughout the entire recruitment cycle. The Impact You Will Make
- Identify and attract the most qualified and diverse talent for our open technical positions
- Partner with the Tech/Software Engineering leaders to facilitate the entire recruitment process, from opening a search through offer extension
- Build a pipeline of talent for future and/or unexpected hiring needs
- Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers regarding market employment trends, compensation, skills/attributes, target companies, recruitment strategies, interviewing/assessments, and sourcing tactics
- Source candidates using various methods and tools, including the company career site, social media, Internet job boards, tech associations/usergroups, and university alumni resources
- Screen candidates to evaluate their skills and understand their motivators; contact references to determine a candidate's viability to support and resolve our business needs
What You Bring to the Table
- 7+ years of focused full life cycle recruiting experience, with a majority of that experience being at a high-growth technology company
- 3+ years of experience working directly with Stakeholders
- 2+ years of leading / mentoringTech Recruiters
- Experience recruiting for technical positions, including Software Engineers, Backend Engineers, Infrastructure Engineers, Web Engineers, etc.
- Experience working with multiple hiring managers to identify and develop tailored job descriptions and recruitment strategies
- Track record of creatively sourcing and hiring talent in a geographically dispersed organization
- Attentive to detail and well-organized; ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong influencing, analytical, and problem solving skills; must be able to influence hiring managers using data to make the right hiring decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication and follow-up skills, with the ability to deliver a compelling story to prospective candidates

Vaccination Requirement: Grubhub employees are required to be fully vaccinated, and must be able to show proof of full-Covid-19 vaccination, and booster if eligible, prior to starting employment. Fully vaccinated is defined as: "2 weeks have passed since your second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson's vaccine." Those eligible to receive the booster must receive the booster to be considered fully vaccinated, and those not yet eligible will be required to obtain the booster once eligible (6 months post last dose).
