The Role
As the Sr. Campus Recruiter for Discovery's nationwide intern program, you'll have one of the most exciting recruitment roles in the industry! Day to day you'll be working to build a world-class internship program through relationship building, serving as a brand ambassador and hands-on recruiter in attracting the best and brightest intern talent to Discovery.
Responsibilities

  • Execute on internship program strategy
  • Develop, plan and execute robust events for interns during the spring and summer
  • Recruit top intern talent around the US for various roles spanning corporate, content, and direct to consumer
  • Contribute to the program's DEI strategy ensuring that this remains a top priority for the program
  • Create and maintain relationships with partner organizations, career centers, and professors at targeted universities
  • Source, recruit, and hire for a high volume of internship requisitions during spring and summer programs
  • Support "on" campus strategy, info sessions, and custom programs with key partners
  • Grow and nourish our Intern Alumni program
  • Serve as ambassador/ representative at events, career fairs and information sessions


Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of campus, recruitment, or university relations experience.
  • Experience supporting high volume, full life-cycle recruitment, and/or early career programs.
  • Driven to be creative and innovative with approaches and new never-been-done ideas & programs.
  • Include DEI as a top priority in all tasks.
  • Experience in an ATS is preferred, iCIMS a plus
  • Experience with Handshake and Hirevue preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills including ability to work effectively with a wide range of internal clients and partners, inclusive of interfacing with executive level clients.
  • An inclination for public speaking and/or representing Discovery at events
  • Must have attention to detail, experience and proven ability to juggle multiple priorities of varying scales, and be able to handle confidential information with absolute discretion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
