About the role
As a technical recruiter, your goal is to recruit top technical talent to build the world’s largest digital wealth management platform. You will play a critical role in building our engineering, product, design, and data teams. In this role you will serve as a trusted partner to your hiring managers and a transparent advocate for your candidates, always seeking the best possible experience for everyone.
What you will do
- Manage the recruiting process for engineering, product, design, and data teams including: sourcing, screening, interviewing, soliciting feedback, managing candidates, and coordinating offers
- Source active and passive candidates through creative and thoughtful sourcing methods
- Drive creation of all components of a successful technical hiring process from intake meeting / job launch to recruitment process to offer
- Creatively build top of funnel by actively sourcing passive candidates, selling our mission and identifying prospects who will make impacts on our technology for current and future needs
- Hire top talent through your sourcing efforts as well as by leveraging your own network, being active in the tech community and managing the end-to-end recruitment process
- Partner with engineering management to drive an efficient hiring process, ensuring an effective experience for our hiring managers and interview teams
- Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience - both for candidates we hire, and the candidates we don’t
Required Skills
- 3+ years of tech recruiting and sourcing experience
- You’re a hunter when it comes to sourcing, thinking of creative ways to build pipeline with top quality & unique prospects
- You have a consistent track record of sourcing, recruiting, and closing extraordinary technical talent for roles at all levels
- You’re driven by an exciting company mission with an eagerness to find top tech talent for a growing organization
- An empathetic communication style and an ability to tailor effective messaging to a variety of audiences
- Comfort handling a robust pipeline of candidates across multiple searches
- A metrics- and process-orientation and a passion for data driven decisions
- Experience with recruiting tools (ATS, LinkedIn, etc) and techniques
