As a Tech Sourcer, you have a hunger to find talent who will take our products to the next level as our company scales. Our tech teams have exciting challenges to solve as we help companies build better workplaces. You’ll be empowered to partner with them to drive efficient sourcing processes. You’ll be the tech talent expert, building and driving pipeline with candidates who will thrive at Namely. Most of all, you’ll drive an amazing candidate experience allowing us to continue to be a tech company of choice within our industry.
Responsibilities:
- Creatively build top of the funnel by actively sourcing passive candidates, selling our Namely mission and identifying prospects who will make an impact on our technology for current and future needs
- Work closely with Recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization
- Find, and engage passive technical candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques
- Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns
- Team with Coordinators and Recruiters to manage an efficient model of operation
- Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders
- Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience - both for candidates we hire, and the candidates we don’t
Requirements
- 2+ years of tech sourcing experience with a search firm or in-house recruiting team
- You’re a hunter when it comes to sourcing, thinking of creative ways to build a pipeline with top quality & unique prospects
- You’re driven by an exciting company mission with an eagerness to find top tech talent for a growing organization
- Research/sourcing skills with the ability to dive deep into search strategies
- Experience working in a team-based environment
- Experience using a variety of sourcing tools specifically Linkedin
- BS/BA Degree
