If so, then we are looking for you!  LivePerson is currently seeking a customer focused and experienced professional to join our team as a Technical Implementation Trainer.

The technical implementation trainer is a key and pivotal role within our strategic partnerships and accounts. They are the trusted advisor on all matters of technical implementation enablement and training of LivePerson product implementation best practice. They will identify the needs and orchestrate the creation and maintenance of the training content and tools that enable and maintain a culture of technical expertise in employees, partners and clients.


In this role you will:

  • Training Material Generation - Working closely with delivery managers to identify training needs through job role analysis and regular consultation. Capture expert knowledge from Conversational Design, Project Delivery, Bot Builder, and other Enterprise Technical Services (ETS) team members and products in order to build and deliver a training curriculum for our delivery teams. Identify required skills.
  • Self Service Learning Journeys - Organize and orchestrate the training materials into meaningful role specific learning journeys and certifications. Collaborate with other LivePerson training programs to grow expertise in our employees, vendor partners, and customers.
  • Training Sessions - Facilitate in-depth training with other teams of experts. Presenting material to both remote and in-person staff with the capability of demoing and facilitating training sessions.
    Establish tools and processes - Contribute to and lead the rollout of new training tools and processes. Develop and manage a “training calendar”.
  • Oversee training execution - ensure quality training is executed by LivePerson training partners. Quantitatively track and manage progress of training delegates. Participate in reviewing and grading of delegate submissions to technical role based certification programs.

You should be an expert in:

  • Technical Training Writing - Technical writing and the ability to create crisp and clear knowledge assets.
  • Organizing learning materials - Define learning plans that have transformational impact on teams.
  • Scaling skill development - Working closely with delivery managers to assess, upskill, and grow team talent.
  • Software delivery concepts and coding practices - Focus should be on Node.js, microservice architectures, Enterprise and SaaS deployment models.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships - establishing strong connections with internal cross functional teams and with strategic partners will be key to success.
  • SaaS - Working in, with, or on software systems, or in a dynamic tech driven environment.

What You need for Success:

  • BS or BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+.years in a technology-related training position and 5+ years delivering enterprise-wide technology capabilities across multiple business units within large organizations
  • Able to travel 25%+ of the time including to international locations.
  • Proficient understanding of LivePerson’s Products & Services as well as digital technologies.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, relationship building skills conducive to team collaboration.
  • Consistent track record of success and progressive achievement in career to date.
  • Well spoken, articulate and capable with business and technical writing & presentations.
  • Basic development and coding skills. JavaScript, Node.JS, CSS, HTML.
  • Additional languages (FR, DE, ES, IT) are advantageous
