The details: We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter who is passionate about communicating the Axios HQ mission, finding great talent and delivering on our commitments to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion every step of the way. Ideal candidates will embody an entrepreneurial spirit and have the following skills:
- Passion for recruiting technology, product and design professionals
- Experience recruiting at technology companies and high-growth environments
- Experience supporting C-suite executives and/or hiring managers
- Motivated by working in a metrics and goal-oriented environment
- Solutions-oriented mindset and proactive attitude
- Strong sense of time management and attention to detail
- Growth mindset with an eagerness to give and receive thoughtful feedback
