Technical Recruiter - Contract

Fabric, the one-stop shop for new parents to secure their family's financial future, is looking for a contract Technical Recruiter to drive sourcing, manage our talent pipeline, and pursue excellence in candidate experience.  We are looking for someone to join as a contractor, with potential to convert to full time.

In this role, you will:

• Manage recruitment coordination and scheduling within Greenhouse
• Partner with hiring managers to create job reqs
• Source and engage passive talent on LinkedIn
• Review and screen inbound applicants
• Drive hiring velocity by driving accountability for feedback, quick scheduling, and more

To be successul, you will likely bring:

• 3+ years experience in technical recruiting
• A proven ability to write engaging messaging that attracts talent
• Competency across standard tech roles, spanning software engineering, product, analytics and more
• Experience working with Greenhouse
• Previous tenure with startups
