As a Recruiter I, you focus on achieving company goals through the evaluation, prescreening and qualification of candidates for positions across the organization. You propel recruitment efforts forward by working with functional team leaders and Human Resources (HR) senior leadership to determine hiring requirements. You report directly to the Manager, Talent Acquisition for goals, guidance and assistance.
What you will do:
- Drive the recruitment process by qualifying candidates through initial interviews, assessments and background checks.
- Grow the number of potential applicants through the development of advertising campaigns and candidate identification sources, such as referrals.
- Mitigate company-wide risk by ensuring compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and all applicable federal, state and local employment laws.
- Serve as a brand ambassador through participation in job fairs and answering employment and agency inquiries.
- Promote equal opportunity employment by analyzing the results of outreach efforts and modifying efforts based on those results.
- Improve the efficiency of the hiring process through regular communication with managers and coaching them on EEO and FCC compliance.
- Maintain accurate and current recruitment and applicant documentation using our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Enhance the diversity of candidates through the implementation of strategic recruitment programs, to include participating in available national recruiting conferences.
- Ensure a successful recruitment process by managing the full lifecycle, including selection, offer and onboarding.
- Perform additional duties related to the position as assigned.
Required keys for success:
- Two or more years of recruiting or staffing experience.
- Advanced knowledge of recruitment trends, recruiting technologies, staffing and employment practices.
- Proven communication skills with the ability to maintain client and company confidentiality.
- Critical thinker with effective analytical, prioritization and organizational skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Effective written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience (required).
