Technical Recruiter

We are looking to hire a junior technical recruiter to help us identify top talent on the Engineering side of the business. As a member of ActionIQs talent team, you will use tools, data and creativity to help our Recruiters and hiring managers build high performing, inclusive teams. We are looking for someone who has sourced for technical roles across a wide variety of engineering functions and who has solid knowledge of the competitive landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Recruiters to understand our hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles across the engineering organization
- Develop strategies to identify and engage both passive and active talent using various sourcing techniques
- Utilize a variety of tools, platforms and sources, including social media and professional networks to build a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates for multiple open positions
- Champion ActionIQ’s values and culture as the first point of contact in the candidate experience
- Collaborate with Recruiters and hiring teams on overall sourcing strategy, including metrics and reporting to measure success
Requirements
- 2+ years experience sourcing and hiring for technical roles
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. sourcing on social media platforms and crafting Boolean search string)
- Knowledge and experience with sourcing tools and platforms to identify and target candidates
- Demonstrated ability to creatively engage passive talent for hard to fill roles
- Strong analytical skills and ability to define and track sourcing metrics, identify challenges and develop new approaches
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and thorough in managing multiple open role simultaneously
