Following a groundbreaking clinical trial, Click’s industry-leading smoking cessation program is available nationwide through a wide variety of payers, providers, and employers. Click’s lead prescription program is entering into a multi-center, randomized, controlled, parallel-group, phase III FDA registration trial for the treatment of Major Depressive Disorder in adults. Major pipeline expansion and progression is in process.
About the Role
As a Technical Recruiter, you will be at the center of Clicks technical sourcing strategy. You will be responsible for building creative searches for roles spanning across engineering as well as other areas in the business. In this role, you will use your technical sourcing experience and deep knowledge of the technology landscape to source exceptional engineering and business talent. You will be a true hunter who is able to think beyond linkedin scrolling in order to seek out and attract the very best talent to join Click.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the people team and hiring managers to determine position requirements and agree sourcing strategy for each role.
- Source candidates and build candidate pipelines with highly technical and specialized skills for future and immediate needs.
- Distinguish qualified applicant profiles employing a variety of sourcing procedures.
- Promote our employer brand on online and offline platforms.
- Maintain applicant databases through our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse); Track talent for future opportunities and maintain relationships with past strong talent
- Provide market intelligence on the labor market that helps keep managers informed and set realistic expectations.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years sourcing or full cycle technical recruiting experience
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, etc
- Experience using Greenhouse is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage high volume sourcing activities for various professional levels
- Excellent research skills plus a deep understanding of the New York tech market
- Ability to analyze and dissect complex technical candidate skillsets.
