We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our People team!
What you’ll do:
Help find top engineers and creatives who play a crucial role in building and shaping key features that millions of Snapchatters use every day
Provide hands-on, full-cycle recruiting support for critical, hard-to-fill technical positions
Source, engage, and evaluate top-tier technical and creative talent
Work on a variety of technical and creative roles cross-functionally
Manage communication and partnership with hiring managers and leaders
Drive offer process, including generating and extending offers, and closing candidates
Maintain and improve Snap Inc.’s candidate experience
Use hiring metrics to develop new and more efficient hiring solutions
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to manage multiple on-going projects, be flexible to change, and adapt to shifting priorities
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels, including senior management
Ability to analyze data and track metrics
Ability to execute on priorities with a strong sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability
Ability to provide a high-touch experience to both candidates and hiring managers
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact, diplomacy, and discretion
Excellent verbal communication skills
Passion for building effective and high-performing teams
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
2+ years of technical recruiting or related experience
2+ years experience recruiting for an array of technical and creative roles, including software, hardware, research, and design
2+ years of experience working in both small and large tech companies
For Colorado Based Applicants:
- The minimum target salary for this role is $80,000
- This position is eligible for a discretionary performance award
- This position is eligible to receive ongoing equity grants.
