As the Tech Recruiter at Namely, you have a hunger to find talent who will take our products and services to the next level as our company continues to grow and scale. You’ll serve as a full life cycle Recruiter from building pipeline through effective sourcing efforts to closing talent -- and all the important work in between. 

You’ll be the tech talent expert, building and driving pipeline with candidates who will thrive at Namely. Most of all, you’ll drive an amazing candidate experience allowing us to continue to be a tech company of choice within our industry. 

Responsibilities: 

• Focus on finding, attracting and hiring great talent for Namely
• You are passionate about all things related to the recruiting landscape
• Partner with engineering and product managers to drive an efficient hiring process, ensuring a solid experience for our internal interviewers and hiring managers
• Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience - both for candidates we hire, and the candidates we don’t 
• You are always looking for create ways to source for hard-to-fill roles (meet-ups, events, networking, etc)
• You support major initiatives on the team and see your tasks through to execution
• You are proficient in sourcing, attracting and closing talent across a number of Job Boards (LinkedIn Recruiter, Built In NYC, VentureFizz, Indeed, AngelList, Hired) 
• You find the time to understand industry trends and are staying in sync with the ever-changing recruiting world (includes attending meet-ups, conferences, events and networking)

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 3+ years of tech recruiting and sourcing experience, ideally from a high growth tech start-up
• You have hired for all types of engineering and product roles (Principal, Staff, Frontend, Backend, Full Stack, React Mobile, SRE, Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Designers, etc) and you understand and can talk to all tech stacks
• You’re a hunter when it comes to sourcing, thinking of creative ways to build pipeline with top quality and unique prospects
• You have a consistent track record of sourcing, recruiting, and closing extraordinary technical talent for roles at all levels
• You’re driven by an exciting company mission with an eagerness to find top tech talent for a growing organization
• You know how to develop a great relationship with your People Business Partner and Stakeholders, allowing you to get ahead of future turnover and performance concerns

Nice to Haves 

• Experience working with Greenhouse (Applicant Tracking System), GoodHire (Background Check provider), or GoodTime (Scheduling tool) 
• Previous recruiting experience at a high growth tech start-up
• HR or HCM company industry experience
