We are hiring a Technical Recruiter to execute on technical hiring for the company, while crafting and scaling recruiting processes. Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of exceptional candidates for various technical roles across multiple functions. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote the Brex brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best talent. Ultimately, you will build a strong talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our technical teams!

 

Responsibilities
  • Write and post technical job descriptions
  • Build a pipeline of top technical talent through hiring strategies and sourcing for candidates.
  • Develop scalable recruiting processes from scratch.
  • Provide the best end to end experience for candidates from engagement through offer stages.
  • Qualify candidates for technical abilities and alignment with Brex's core values.
  • Manage and drive full recruitment process from initial outreach to offer.
  • Partner with hiring teams, sourcers and recruiting coordinators to develop and execute on hiring strategies for technical roles.
  • Utilize data to improve recruiting efficiency, drive innovation and influence hiring decisions.
What We Value
  • Track record for successfully identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional technical candidates.
  • Experience in recruiting for technical positions in house (agency is a plus).
  • Experience in sourcing for technical candidates through multiple channels.
  • Ability to partner with search firms to effectively drive searches to completion when necessary.
  • Passion/interest and understanding of technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
