We power the investing experiences for some of the most innovative Fintechs, Challenger Banks, Digital Wallets, RoboAdvisors and established companies in the market today.

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to help develop and build our engineering hiring pipeline. You will be helping to look for talented and ambitious people who want to join the team of a fast growing financial technology company.

Requirements

• Source active and passive candidates from a variety of sources and communities, including online and internal databases, employee referrals, events, networking and research.
• Build strategies to engage talent through a multi-channel approach (social and professional networks, startup and entrepreneurial communities, campus recruitment, etc.) any other creative methods to broaden the hiring pipeline.
• Build job descriptions and develop posting strategies for maximum exposure.
• Partner with technology management and administration to create efficient and scalable recruiting processes.
• Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including ATS workflows, resume review, screening, interviews and offers, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of technical recruiting/sourcing experience in a startup or agency environment.
  • Track record of developing/ executing upon a recruiting strategy to grow a business and hire exceptional talent.
  • Experience recruiting for a variety of technical roles (e.g. Engineers, Data Scientists, etc.)
  • Experience building and managing recruiting processes.
  • An established professional network to source candidates.
  • A desire to join a collaborative team that is seeking to grow, build and deliver a superior product to its customers.
  • Excellent communication skills, both up and down the seniority ladder.
