Technical Recruiter
Drivewealth is building technology to reshape brokerage and investment infrastructure. We have developed a comprehensive suite of APIs that enable our partners to digitally deliver trading, investing, retirement, rewards products to millions of end clients. We power the investing experiences for some of the most innovative Fintechs, Challenger Banks, Digital Wallets, RoboAdvisors and established companies in the market today.
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to help develop and build our engineering hiring pipeline. You will be helping to look for talented and ambitious people who want to join the team of a fast growing financial technology company.
Requirements
- Source active and passive candidates from a variety of sources and communities, including online and internal databases, employee referrals, events, networking and research.
- Build strategies to engage talent through a multi-channel approach (social and professional networks, startup and entrepreneurial communities, campus recruitment, etc.) any other creative methods to broaden the hiring pipeline.
- Build job descriptions and develop posting strategies for maximum exposure.
- Partner with technology management and administration to create efficient and scalable recruiting processes.
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including ATS workflows, resume review, screening, interviews and offers, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Qualifications
- At least 3 years of technical recruiting/sourcing experience in a startup or agency environment.
- Track record of developing/ executing upon a recruiting strategy to grow a business and hire exceptional talent.
- Experience recruiting for a variety of technical roles (e.g. Engineers, Data Scientists, etc.)
- Experience building and managing recruiting processes.
- An established professional network to source candidates.
- A desire to join a collaborative team that is seeking to grow, build and deliver a superior product to its customers.
- Excellent communication skills, both up and down the seniority ladder.
