nTopology is hiring for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the Engineering & Product departments. The ideal candidate has worked in a high growth environment identifying & hiring top technical talent. This role reports to VP of People & Operations. Candidates in the Eastern time zone will be considered, with a preference for NY Metro area applicants.

What You'll Do

  • Partner closely with hiring managers in creating and refining jobs and specs, providing guidance as needed
  • Create competitive, efficient and scalable recruiting strategies to attract top talent 
  • Serve as the brand ambassador for the company and get out into the marketplace to network, attract talent, and create energy
  • Manage Employment Brand (Built In NYC, LinkedIn, Mathison, etc)
  • Distribute job openings to relevant networks, communities, associations, job boards, social media, etc
  • Manage the entire staffing process including recruiting, screening, coordinating and interviewing to fill open positions throughout the agency
  • Maintain accurate and concise records regarding the recruitment and selection process within our ATS
  • Follow up with hiring managers and maintain control throughout the process to keep the process moving and high touch for all candidates
  • Communicate candidate feedback on process to internal management and address opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Use your experience to guide and structure interview techniques and hiring processes for others in the company
  • Track, analyze and report data on sourcing, conversion, time to fill and diversity efforts to understand the efficacy of sourcing strategies and drive improvements as needed
  • Be the guardian and champion of candidate experience, virtually and onsite
  • Drive a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion
  • Build and enable an operational and data driven approach to recruiting

Who You Are

  • 3-5 years of experience in Technical Talent Acquisition, Technical Recruiting
  • At least 2 years startup experience
  • Experience and passion for building out processes from the ground up
  • Experience using Lever
  • Experience analyzing & reporting on TA related metrics
  • Creativity in identifying, engaging, and closing passive candidates
  • Polished written and verbal communication with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Research and sourcing skills with a results-oriented mindset
  • Passion for driving diversity in hiring processes
  • Desire to make candidate and management experience a top priority in every effort

It's a Plus If You Also Have

  • Have built recruiting processes from the ground up
  • Experience in a high growth company
  • Experience with international recruiting
  • Experience in the CAD/CAM, AM industry as recruiter
