As a Technical Recruiter at Rhino, you’ll have a unique opportunity to scale a rapidly growing team with a focus on engineering and product as we look to drive change and enhance our product offerings in 2022. You will be joining a dynamic recruiting team that supports highly communicative hiring partners that are invested in attracting the best technical talent for our organization. 

In this role you will: 

• Provide full cycle recruiting support for a variety of roles across our engineering, product, data and design orgs with a constant lens on diversity, belonging and inclusion
• Be a trusted talent partner and work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization
• Think outside of the box to create inclusive talent sourcing and recruiting strategies that align with Rhino’s mission and values
• Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research
• Track pipeline activity daily to move candidates quickly through the process
• Recommend and drive improvements that positively impact talent pipelines
• Advocate for candidates while balancing candidate needs with business priorities

We’re ideally seeking:

• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience, hiring full-cycle for engineering, product, data, design and more, preferably at an early to mid-stage startup
• Experience with Greenhouse or comparable ATS preferred 
• Experience sourcing and screening a consistent pool of candidates to attract and retain talent in a timely manner
• Excellent and professional communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
• Strong collaboration skills with all levels within the organization; experience working closely with hiring managers and building sourcing strategies
