As a Technical Recruiter at Rhino, you’ll have a unique opportunity to scale a rapidly growing team with a focus on our technical organizations. This is a newly created, fully remote position within our talent team.In this role you will:
Provide full cycle recruiting support for a variety of roles across our Engineering, Product, Data and Design orgs with a constant lens on diversity, belonging and inclusion
Be a trusted partner and work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization
Think outside of the box to create inclusive talent sourcing and recruiting strategies that align with Rhino’s mission and values
Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research
Track pipeline activity daily to move candidates quickly through the process
Recommend and drive improvements that positively impact talent pipelines
Advocate for candidates while balancing candidate needs with business priorities
We’re ideally seeking:
4+ years of recruiting experience, hiring full-cycle for engineering, product, data, design and more, preferably at an early to mid-stage startup
Experience with Greenhouse ATS preferred
Experience building out a strong technical employer brand, and deeply invested in strong diversity partnerships
Excellent and professional communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
Strong collaboration skills with all levels within the organization; experience working closely with hiring managers and building sourcing strategies
Experience with Goodtime scheduling a plus
