We are growing rapidly and are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to support multiple technical teams. You’ll work closely with our hiring leaders across our Product and Engineering to help us accomplish our ambitious hiring goals. What you’ll do:

• Manage the end to end recruitment life cycle, balancing and prioritizing multiple open reqs simultaneously (engineers, data scientists, product roles)
• Develop strategies to fill active and passive pipelines through sourcing technical candidates across diverse talent pools
• Work with hiring managers to fully understand their needs with the ability to know what’s needed versus what’s wanted
• Utilize key metrics to detect insights and adjust our recruiting strategy accordingly to optimize your impact
• Ensure every candidate has an amazing experience throughout the hiring process, from first contact through to start date

What we are seeking:

• 5+ years of tech focused, full life-cycle recruiting experience in a high growth start-up helping to scale engineering teams
• Technical knowledge to carry a conversation about the latest technologies and ability to quickly discern if a candidate is a fit for a role
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Experience working with Lever is preferred 
• Strong self-management, drive, and organization and communication skills
