Conductor’s technical talent acquisition team is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and mission-driven Recruiting Coordinator. This position is based in NYC and reports to the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition. As a Recruiting Associate, you’ll be tasked with assisting the talent acquisition team and hiring managers with managing the technical interview scheduling process, with a strong focus on candidate experience.

This person will also be charged with improving operational efficiencies, streamlining recruiting processes, and ensuring the recruiting process is scalable, consistent, and aligned with Conductor and The We Company’s core values.

We see this role growing into a Technical Recruiter on Conductor’s talent acquisition team and are excited to provide mentorship and opportunities to aid in this development.

Responsibilities

Coordination and Administration - 50%

  • Working closely with the recruiting team, hiring managers, and candidates to thoughtfully plan and schedule interviews and oversee the candidate experience
  • Coordinating with hiring teams to schedule phone screens, onsite interviews, coordinating calendars and locations for interviews
  • Coordinating and booking travel and accommodations for candidates
  • Greeting all candidates on their interview day and as needed give candidates a tour of Conductor’s office
  • Maintaining candidate statuses on the ATS platform and The We Company’s HRIS (we currently use Greenhouse and Workday respectively), ensuring all candidates receive responses and updates as needed

Data Integrity and Analytics - 30%

  • Maintain candidate status spreadsheet
  • Ensure data integrity across ATS and HRIS platforms by ensuring requisitions and candidate statuses are up-to-date
  • Analyze and report on Conductor’s recruiting and hiring trends using data from Greenhouse and HackerRank

Inbound Sourcing - 20%

  • Sorting inbound applications and identifying top candidates, at times including initial outreach and/or initial phone screens

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years experience in a coordinator, assistant, or administrator capacity
  • Extreme attention to detail and impeccable follow through
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office Suite skills (e.g. pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage and work with all levels of an organization
  • Highly organized with a proven track record of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (Workday, Greenhouse and or ICIMS preferred)
  • Experience working in a People Operations or HR capacity with a basic understanding of best practices
  • Extensive experience with Office360 (experience with GDocs or NetDocs is a bonus!)
  • Experience with Linkedin Recruiter, Vettery, Glassdoor, and other job boards preferred
  • Impeccable professional and verbal communication skills
