About You:

You are highly proactive, highly organized, able to handle multiple tasks throughout the day,  and self-motivated. You have a strong interest in recruiting and a basic understanding of technical recruiting! You have previous experience in a fast paced, high volume environment. Recruiting agencies or a corporate environment with a focus on technical roles is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with our Engineering Leaders and Recruiters to help find top talent for all levels of Software Engineers (backend, frontend, full-stack), Data Scientists, and Product Analysts.
  • Create and develop sourcing plans to attract talent and nurture passive talent through various tools including Linkedin Recruiter and alternative search techniques to identify qualified candidates
  •  Identify and interview qualified candidates while maintaining an up-to-date pipeline of technical talent
  • Scheduling, facilitating, and coordinating interviews for hiring teams while ensuring consistent momentum for the candidate
  • Deliver a high quality candidate experience through the entire candidate journey
  • Ensure all job postings are updated and accurate
  • Monitor the candidate pipeline daily through our ATS platform - GreenHouse
  • Addressing candidate questions and being first point of contact
  • Assist with ad hoc projects

 Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience conducting technical talent-related research or technical talent sourcing with either a corporate setting, through an agency or with a research firm
  • Strong communication skills and great organizational skills a must 
  • Great attention to detail
  • Able to prioritize your tasks in an ever-changing fast paced and high-growth startup environment
  • Strong team player who demonstrates interest and ability in contributing to the recruiting team and company’s success
  • Experience using Greenhouse ATS is a plus!
  • Knowledge and understanding of technical terms.
