Technical Sourcer

We are hiring a Technical Sourcer to execute on technical hiring for the company, while building and scaling sourcing processes. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various operational roles across multiple functions. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote the Brex brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best talent. Ultimately, you will build a strong talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our technical teams!
Responsibilities
- Build a pipeline of top talent through multiple sourcing channels.
- Develop sourcing strategies and optimal sourcing processes.
- Work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to develop and execute on sourcing strategies for a variety of roles.
- Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine fit.
- Partner with Coordinators and Recruiters to build strong understanding of recruiting processes and drive operational improvements.
- Represent the company with integrity and professionalism.
- Experience in recruiting for technical positions with high standards for talent.
- Track record for successfully identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional technical candidates.
- Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels (web/social/professional networks/events, etc.)
- In-house recruiting experience (agency experience is bonus).
- Passion/interest and understanding of technology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
