How you'll help make homeownership achievable:

• The Technical Sourcer will partner with our recruiters and hiring teams to identify and hire new Ribbon team members
• This role within the Ribbon Talent Team, will be instrumental in architecting recruiting and long-term hiring processes across the Engineering team 
• This is a unique and highly impactful opportunity to help accelerate the business by engaging top talent across multiple business functions and acting as a subject matter expert and owner of market trends and insights
• You’ll develop and execute sourcing strategies to build a robust candidate pipeline for engineering, product, and design

What we're looking for:

• You have 1+ years of previous sourcing experience and the ability to support a wide range of functions preferred 
• Experience identifying talent through creative sourcing techniques (i.e. Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Github, etc.)
• You can see the future  - you maintain a pipeline of leads and identify future opportunities that could align with the candidate’s interests and business needs.
• Candidate experience is paramount to you - you thrive on creating incredible experiences for our candidates 
• You’re metrics driven - you utilize data to help drive your decisions
• You love clean data - you ensure a high level of data integrity with our ATS and other hiring systems.

• Experiencing in our Talent Stack: Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, Hired 
• Sourcing experience for technical and non-technical roles
