Technical Sourcing Lead/, Talent AcquisitionJoining Collibra’s Talent Acquisition Sourcing team:

As the team supporting our highest-volume and most challenging searches across the business, globally, Collibra's Sourcing team helps ensure we can create a robust, diverse, and highly-qualified pipeline to delight our hiring managers and candidates, and serve as our catalyst for Growth. 

Reporting to the Head of Talent Sourcing, you will be responsible for:

  • Defining and managing Collibra’s tech sourcing team, including the engagement model for sourcers, capacity planning, and KPIs for continual refinement
  • Leading by example in supporting recruiters through sourcing of your own, while leading your own team
  • Providing an always-on pipeline of diverse candidates in support of our POSE (Product, Operations, Security and Engineering) organization in the US & EMEA
  • Working with Talent Acquisition Partners, managers, executives, and People Partners to identify and achieve diversity recruiting goals through execution of sourcing strategies
  • Identifying, recommending and/or implementing process improvements as a member of the Talent Acquisition Leadership team

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience working as a Technical sourcer in a high-growth environment with a focus on Engineering roles
  • Coached, mentored and developed a high performing sourcing team
  • Demonstrable history of using creative sourcing approaches, experience in X-ray searches, social sourcing, boolean strings and leveraging an ATS/CRM solution 
  • Ability to support sourcing efforts across regions
  • Ability to use talent maps and data to influence stakeholders

Measuring Success:

  • Within your 1st month, you will learn the Collibra pitch and process, dive into a few select searches, and gain a grasp of the end-to-end recruitment cycle
  • Within your 3rd month, you will have placed your first candidate and have established credibility with your direct team, TA Partners and hiring managers while serving as an expert and advisor to the business
  • Within your 6th month, you will have created a scalable, measurable tech sourcing team that has become critical to the speed, quality, and diversity of hires across the globe
