Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process to meet hiring needs across the company, with a focus on Technical roles (Product, Software Development, IT), as well as Non-Technical roles as needed.
  • Foster and cultivate relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders, and executive leadership to deliver upon short and long-term needs.
  • Collaborate effectively and act as a trusted advisor with technical leaders across the business.
  • Delivering a thoughtful and streamlined candidate experience, where candidates feel valued, inspired, and motivated to work for Capital Rx.
  • Source and attract active and passive candidates from various resources, including direct sourcing, referrals, social networks, networking events, and more.
  • Work closely with hiring managers from job description creation, identifying ideal candidate profiles, scheduling interviews, and extending offers.
  • Maintain a pipeline of new candidates sufficient for ongoing company needs.
  • Fully own and update the Applicant Tracking System for all requisition and company processes.
  • Propose and implement strategic talent acquisition and branding programs.

Qualifications / Profile:

  • Undergraduate bachelor’s degree required in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or other related field.
  • 3+ years of fast-paced, high-volume, full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
  • Excellent sourcing skills and familiarity with various sourcing tools and techniques, including, but not limited to, LinkedIn Recruiter, Vettery, Hired, and more.
  • A passion for building teams and delivering exceptional candidate experience.
  • An active and data driven approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to shift tasks and priorities when circumstances change.
  • Ability to provide upward feedback and recommendations to the leadership level throughout the recruiting process.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Extremely flexible, highly organized, and able to shift priorities easily.
  • Attention to detail & commitment to delivering high quality work product.
