We’re looking for a thoughtful leader who operates with creativity and from first principles to build something exceptional. 


How you will help make homeownership achievable

  • You’ll be a key partner in ensuring that Ribbon is an equitable and inclusive place to work
  • You’ll lead and develop Ribbon’s compensation philosophy and bi-annual reviews to ensure fair, market leading compensation across the company 
  • Evaluate and implement creative and competitive benefits and perks
  • Partner with sales leadership to build incentive compensation plans
  • Partner with the Talent team to build competitive, but equitable compensation offers, and collect data on market trends and best practices
  • Develop job architectures and associated compensation bands
  • Develop inclusive leave policies 
  • Partner with Finance to build out equity refresher programs 
  • Provide education about Ribbon’s total rewards package and demystify compensation, equity, and benefits 
  • Engage with the team to anticipate and understand needs 


Your background and experience 

  • You have 4+ years of experience in People Ops, HR, or Total Rewards role
  • You have significant experience in compensation and are equipped to be Ribbon’s in-house expert
  • You have experience building and managing equity plans for startups 
  • You are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion and are excited to develop rewards programs that set new standards for DEI. 
  • Ideally you have previously developed equitable compensation programs and ran fair pay compensation analyses
  • You are a strong communicator who can translate technical topics into easy to understand concepts 
  • You have strong attention to detail and are skilled in Excel/Google Sheets
