About the Opportunity:
As the Global Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion you will partner with cross-functional teams, to inform, engage and build momentum around Contentsquare commitment to a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and social responsibility at all levels within the company. This role reports into the Chief People Officer and will partner closely with our CEO, senior leadership and all employees to develop talent, promote diversity, and foster an open and inclusive environment at Contentsquare globally. You will serve as an advisor and a results-oriented catalyst for change throughout the company during this very pivotal time for the organization.
What you will do:
- Assess Contentsquare needs relating to equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging
- Instills and monitors global initiatives and organizational structures that facilitate inclusion and equity
- Provide leadership, management, and strategic planning to implement company vision for inclusion and equity initiatives across Contentsquare
- Align objectives and strategic plans with the mission of the company
- Serve as advisor to the company's Executives and collaborates with the Human Resources department and DE&I committees
- Develop metrics and a dashboard to ensure accountability, tracking, and monitoring of efforts and prepares periodic and special reports for presentation to Executives
- Engage with HR colleagues, Executive Leaders, and Leaders to develop and implement innovative ideas and creative solutions utilizing data driven decision insights
- Manage the completion and analysis of all DE&I internal and external benchmarking surveys
- Continually assess productivity and success of programs, policies, and services
- Develop and execute diversity training, collaborate in the design of educational materials that enhance awareness of diversity and equity issues, and facilitate initiatives designed to enhance the Contentsquare climate for team members of all backgrounds
- Chair the Global DE&I committee and manage the DE&I budgets
- Serve as a liaison and advocate for individuals who have specific issues related to inclusion and equity
- Represent the company at various community, professional meetings, and conferences, as requested
- Partner with business units like Sales, Marketing, Product and R&D to embed inclusive practices into all of our business operations
- Partner with Communication & Marketing teams to provide consistent message to the company community on diversity-related issues to advance the mission of the company
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5+ years experience leading global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts in a fast pace company (scale up having to implement DE&I strategies from scratch), with a passion for strategy development, colleague engagement and leadership development
- Executive-level communication skills including oral, written and presentation
- Proven track record to influence leaders and develop accountability
- Successful experience developing and implementing industry-leading best-practices in relation to diversity, equity, inclusion, and social responsibility
- History of building and developing business case(s) for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives at the executive level, providing ROI measurement and tying outcomes to business results that have positively impacted large organizations
- Breadth and depth of experience in leading change within complex and diverse organizations and cultures
- Collaborate with Global VP of Talent Acquisition to understand talent management practices including talent acquisition and diversity sourcing that yield positive results
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and be detail-oriented
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to take initiative and work proactively
- Ability to work independently, resourcefully seek answers, and remove obstacles
